Massage Therapy
Looking for a broader set of techniques during treatment focusing on muscle health and recovery? Unlike spa massage which is mainly for relaxation purposes, our therapist uses medical massage and trigger point therapy which focuses on a medical need or condition in addition to relaxation and stress relief. Massage therapy uses manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments) and joints to enhance your health and well-being.
