🧘 11:00–11:40 a.m. — Yoga for Kids & Families (40 minutes)
🌿 11:40 a.m.–12:30 p.m. — Yoga for Adults (50 minutes)
💛 12:35–12:45 p.m. — Closing Circle
Nestled among the trees at Northrup Park, we'll begin with a playful family-friendly yoga session, followed by a grounding adult practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and experience yoga beyond the poses.
